If I could give 10 stars to Frank Dier I would. This is our first time with a sewage treatment plant and Frank has been amazing. He explains things and is there when we need him. His prices are great and his quality of service goes above and beyond. Diers vacuum truck services is the only service we will use. Very trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and we appreciate his professionalism.

Justin and his helper came to pump my tank out, and they were very friendly, professional, and answered all of my annoying questions, as I’m new to septic systems. Explained everything to me and how it operates, as well as cleaned out my tank with a high pressure water hose after the solids were pumped out. Great group of guys who didn’t try to charge me an arm and a leg. Fair price and friendly service.

We had been dealing w clogged pipes going into sewage treatment center for months! Have paid several plumbers that was unsure of the problem and seal digging which took total advantage of us never fixing the problem! Someone referred Dier’s to us and not only were the employees (frank and Travis) friendly, informative and professional but they fixed the problem and we were charged way less then all the ones before them that totally took advantage of us! I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone! There customer service is what customer service should be!
